New Appointment Protocol at Callingwood Orthodontics

As the safety of our staff and patients is of highest priority we have established a new protocol while we are seeing you in our clinic:

We ask that you please review this consent and screening form and email us to acknowledging that you have read it and that you verify the information therein. Only patients will be seen who do not experience any symptoms of Covid-19 and have not been in contact with anyone diagnosed positive for Covid-19. We will also take our patients temperature and review the screening protocol upon arrival.

We will send a text message the day before your visit with an appointment confirmation. Upon your arrival in the parking lot we ask that you please reply to this text message to inform us of your arrival. Kindly contact us should this not be an option.

Late arrivals can unfortunately not be accommodated at this time

One of our staff will then contact you either via text message or phone to ask you to come to the front door, where one of our staff will greet you. Please do not enter the front entrance area until you have been asked to do so.

Please understand that we ask anyone accompanying the patient to wait outside the clinic (Please contact us, should this not be possible). Should you have any specific questions you would like addressed it would be ideal if you have these prepared prior to the appointment.

We ask all patients to please wear their personal masks when entering and exiting the clinic.

Washrooms, waiting area and tooth brushing stations will NOT be available for patient use.

We ask that the patients please brush and floss at home prior to coming to their appointment.

Our protocol will make it possible for the patient to not touch anything in our clinic.

We will contact you after the appointment to provide you with an update and to book your (possibly tentative) next visit.
