Office Hours

Callingwood Orthodontics acknowledges the importance and commitment of school/work schedules. We provide flexible hours including extended hours

Our regular office hours are:

Dr. Puszczak:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday are 7:00 to 3:30 and Thursday 8:00 to 4:30.

Dr. Diduch:

Monday to Friday 8:00 to 4:30.

The office is closed on major holidays and as well as at times when the doctors and staff are attending continuing education programs.

Late Policy

We have a late policy to improve our wait times and better meet your needs.If you are 10 minutes late for a short appointment or 15 minutes late for a longer appointment, we may have to reschedule you in fairness to other scheduled patients. You will be informed upon booking your appointment regarding the window of time allotted for your procedure.

Broken Bracket/Appliance Policy

To help us schedule our day accordingly we ask that broken brackets, loose bands, or broken appliances or retainers be called in prior to your appointment.  This helps us run on time and ensures that we will be able to help you when you are here for your appointment.  Broken brackets and the like that are not called in will need to be rescheduled.
