Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Our office accepts payments by cash, checks, and Visa and MasterCard credit cards.

Callingwood Orthodontics also offers many patients discounts! A second/subsequent family member can receive a New Patient Exam – free of charge! If that second/subsequent family member undergoes treatment, we will extend a 10% discount to them. We also offer our patients a 5% discount to those who pay in full at the start of their treatment.

We are pleased to offer an in-house financing option that entails an initial down payment with the remainder of the fee broken up into equal, interest-free payments. This flexible payment option allows you to pay for your treatment over a period of time so you can focus on what matters most – keeping your smile healthy!

Insurance Policy

If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Please keep in mind that insurance policies vary.

We electronically directly bill to insurance companies so you do not have to submit claims yourself. Your personal payments will be reduced accordingly.

Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
